Donate a toilet in honor of someone you love!

The Pavilion is getting new toilets and we'd love your help!

To donate, submit the form below and donate $90 to Crooked Creek and the recipient of your choice will receive a personalized postcard informing them of the donation in their name!*

*The actual toilet will not have a plaque. 

    Toilet Donation Notes:
    *Multiple submissions must be made on separate forms.
    *Please mail checks of $90/submission to Crooked Creek Christian Camp (2830 Coppock Road, Washington, IA 52353) within 5 business days. Write "Gift of love" in the memo line.
    *Fundraiser closes on Tuesday, February 11, postcards will be sent out ASAP following the deadline.
